Chatwith Astrogers is primarily a digital service platform. The majority of our offerings — including live consultations, kundli reports, horoscopes, and numerology readings — are delivered digitally and do not involve physical shipment.

2. Digital Delivery

All digital products (PDF reports, e-books, recorded sessions, digital courses) are:

• Delivered to your registered email address within the specified turnaround time
• Available for download from your account dashboard
• Not subject to shipping charges

Typical turnaround times:

• Instant reports (automated): Within 15 minutes of purchase
• Personalized kundli/compatibility reports: 24–48 hours
• Detailed life-reading reports: 3–5 business days

3. Physical Product Shipping (Gemstones & Remedies)

Where applicable, Chatwith Astrogers may offer physical products such as certified gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, or puja kits. The following shipping terms apply:

3.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
• Express delivery (available in select cities): 2–3 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Shipping charges for orders below ₹999: ₹49–₹99 depending on location

3.2 International Shipping

• International shipping is available to select countries
• Delivery time: 10–21 business days depending on destination
• Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
• International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout

4. Order Tracking

Once your physical order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier’s portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

6. Incorrect Address

Chatwith Astrogers is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete
shipping addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
