Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Chatwith Astrogers, we are committed to providing accurate and meaningful astrological consultations and services. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

2. Service Categories

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Live astrology chat consultations (per-minute or per-session)
• Personalized horoscope and kundli reports (digital delivery)
• Gemstone and remedy recommendations
• Subscription-based astrology plans
• Astrology courses and recorded content

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Session Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled session up to 2 hours before the appointment time for a full credit to your wallet. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time are nonrefundable.

3.2 Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

3.3 Report Cancellations

Digital reports (kundli, numerology, compatibility) cannot be cancelled once the report generation has begun.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure on our platform preventing service delivery
• Duplicate payment charged for the same order
• Session not delivered due to astrologer unavailability
• Incorrect amount charged due to a system error

4.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions (as these are advisory in nature)
• Services already delivered in full 
• Promotional credits, bonus coins, or complimentary sessions
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at support@chatwithastrgers.com with your order ID and reason. Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method or wallet within 7–10 business days.

6. Wallet Credits

Unused wallet credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are non-refundable. In the event of account deletion, wallet credits are forfeited.
